We are happy you chose to visit and want to take a moment to welcome and introduce ourselves. Our services are both diverse and specialized.   Our culture is that of shying away from and forsaking immediate reward, with the goal of establishing long-term client relationships and trust. We have been doing so for four decades, while fostering multigenerational relationships as family counsel. We have been building family relationships for decades with continued investment in the decades to come. It is our view that this culture distinguishes our services from others.

The Firm was founded in 1991 to serve the needs of Florida residents and dual residents of other jurisdictions. We have become a dynamic collection of professionals, which includes lawyers, CPAs, economic analysts, and an exceptional group of paralegals and support staff.  Our services have also expanded to encompass not only domestic law, but international tax, business, estate planning, and related laws the impact wealth management and elder rights.

Our integrated approach to legal processes and services provides an important focus on law as the foundation of estate, business, family, and investment planning.  Without that focus, plans often fail. By building from a strong legal foundation,  clients and their families can be greater protected from inadvertent loss through exposure to the risks of “unfriendly hands,” that include our tax system.
